Price Simulation Program

Retail Price Simulation is an operational tool to learn and apply fundamentals concepts to develop and execute pricing strategies: segmentation, positioning, competition analysis, elasticity analysis, price sensitivity and cross-price elasticity.

How does it work?

Participants will be probed to manage in a world in constant change, testing your ability to adapt to new situations, proving your skills to take risks, and turning threats into opportunities.

Working in a "risk-free" environment, the simulation will allow members to enhance their skills for designing and executing strategies, applying these talents while deeping your understanding of how the retail business works, specifically for small store formats.

Participants are encouraged to learn the key success factors of the business and to practice some of the skills that lead to success.
